This is pure Britishness in a book, packed with humour and funny phrasing to the brim. The only drawback for a non-native speaker is the huge vocabulary. I was lucky to listen to this book as an audiobook, so I could guess the meaning of many words from the context.

The audiobook was the “Good Omens A Full Cast Production” version.

It took me over a month to get through this book because, unlike other easy-going audiobooks this one required my full attention, and I couldn’t listen to it when working out or running.

But it was worth it. Most of the time, I was grinning from ear to ear. If you like Pratchett’s comedy style, you’ll love the Gaiman sprinkled in.
